Recently, our office is having a Matcha Craze. We have been using Matcha Powder to curate different kind of recipes! Today, we are going to share how to make Matcha Swiss Roll.
Here's the list of Ingredients you will need:
- Flavorite's Matcha Powder x 100g
- Eggs
- Caster sugar x 900g
- All-purpose flour x 720g
- Water x 450g
- Salt x 10g
- Baking Soda Powder x 100g

Oil x 400g
Step 1: Mix well the eggs and sugar
Step 2: Add flour, Matcha Powder, baking soda, salt & water. Mix them well!
Step 3: Add oil at 50 degrees celsius
Step 4: Place them in the oven at 200/150 degrees celsius, between 18-20 min!
