Shipping policy

International Shipping
International shipping may require legal documents for import purposes. We provide products MSDS and COA for respective custom requirement for clearance. But in event when goods being held, stored or penalties incurred in processing International orders will be passed onto to the buyer/importer. Please carry out your own custom regulation checks prior to order.

If you are ordering from countries where we do not ship to, you can either email or call us for a freight calculation. Our sales consultants are happy to provide freight quotes before processing order and payment.

If you wish to ship via your own courier, we will not be responsible for any loss or damages once the goods leave our warehouse.

Pricing and Taxes
All prices are quoted are in Singapore dollar and inclusive of Singapore GST. GST are applicable to all orders, and we cannot waive GST unless for export orders. However, there may be import duties and taxes applicable to destination of shipment that Flavorite Pte Ltd cannot be responsible for. Do consult your local customs office if you have any question prior to order.

All prices are quoted ex work and do not include shipping and transportation costs. International shipping or local courier cost will be calculated at the checkout page.

Payment mode
All orders must be paid prior to delivery/shipping.

We accept direct bank payment via PayPal and Bank transfer to our accounts (as below mentioned). Please indicate your order number as reference.

We endeavour to ensure accurate pricing are quoted, but due to the volatile natural of our trade, prices of the oil and raw materials are subject to global market conditions and currency fluctuations. Flavorite Pte Ltd has the right to cancel any order/s should there be a considerable difference in the cost of products arise. You will be informed of any changes in pricing prior to cancellation and will be offered the updated quote for your consideration.
